(ORANGE CO.) - A large number of thefts have been reported in the Eastern part of Orange County.
The Orange County Sheriff's Department Detectives are investigating a a large number of thefts along US 150 east of Paoli and State Road 337 east of Orleans.
Officers say lawn mowers, dirt bikes and other tools and equipment have been stolen.
Most of the thefts are happening during daytime hours when homeowners are at work.
Witnessess have seen an older blue Chevy pickup truck in the area with two males in the truck. Police say one of the men has several tatoos on his arms.
