(BROWNSTOWN) 18-year-old Payton Warren, of Seymour became Jackson County’s 57th fair queen Sunday night.
First runner up was Laney Mills of Seymour, second runner-up Dani O'Neill of Freetown and Miss Congeniality is Kaylee Bennett of Medora.
The Jackson County Fair in Brownstown has something for everyone. The fair features agriculture, food, rides, stock car racing, shows and more. The fair is free to attend.
Tonight featured the Demolition Derby at 8 p.m. Admission is $10 for adults and $2 for children 6 to 12 years old. Under 6 are free.
On Wednesday the tractor pulls will begin at 7 p.m.
Thursday Night Thunder kicks off at 7 with the ILMS crate Late Model, UMP Modifieds, and mini sprint races.
Then on Friday Clayton Anderson will perform at 8 p.m., and on Saturday at. there will super late models, superstock, hornets and bombers auto racing at 7 p.m.
