(HOPE) - Two Hope teenagers were arrested recently on charges related to the breaking and entering of a concession stand and a school.
Hope Police Chief Randy Bailey says the teens are accused of breaking into and stealing items from the Hope Summer Playground concession facility and the intermediate school nearby.
He says the teens allegedly stole food items and electronics. They are also accused of vandalism. Chief Bailey says surveillance equipment at the school helped to identify 18-year-old Justin Perdue and a 14-year-old girl, both from Hope.
Perdue was booked in to the Bartholomew County Jail on charges of breaking and entering, theft and criminal mischief. The girl was sent to the Bartholomew County Youth Detention Center on the same charges.
