(BEDFORD) - Popular local artist Tara Jones will display her photography at The Wiley Art Center from 5-8 p.m. on Friday.
This high-tech show will feature new underwater photography collaborations, special guests including Bedford North Lawrence High School graduate Abel Becker, and smart-phone friendly augmented reality photographs and videos.
In addition, Jones is sponsoring a gallery walk from 7-10 p.m. Friday for downtown Bedford. Supported by local businesses, the festivities will begin at Harp Commons with Kat's Performing Arts Studio, live music from the 7.6.13 YAjam Talent Night winners and dance performances from selected Kat's students.
Inklings will display new work from Michael Majors, both graphic design and illustration. Stone Cutters Cafe & Roastery will present Sam Johnson's photographs from her recent study abroad in Italy. BlueEyes & BareFeet is hosting photographer James Minshall's fashion catalog and portrait photography.
Maps for the gallery walk will be available at The Wiley Art Center during Jones' show. The Wiley Art Center is at 1402 J St., in Bedford.
