(BROWNSTOWN) - Lisa Baughman was unaware she’d been nominated as Indiana Correctional Officer of the year, let alone that she had received the designation until she received a letter in the mail.
Baughman, a correctional officer at the Jackson County Jail in Brownstown, said she was surprised when she realized she had been nominated and named.
