(BROWNSTOWN) - A Morgantown man was arrested on drug charges Thursday after a Brown County Sheriff’s Department officer responded to a report of an unresponsive woman at the county fairgrounds.
24-year-old Jason Richardson was charged with possession of Spice and possession of paraphernalia.
According to Deputy Chad Williams, Richardson found the woman and called police.
While investigating the incident, the deputy who spoke to Richardson, asked to search him, and that is when they found the Spice and a socket used to smoke the drug in his pocket.
He was then arrested, charged and taken to jail.
The woman was taken by ambulance to Columbus Regional Hospital.
