According to Indiana State Trooper Sgt. Jerry Goodin, the crash was near the 900 block of Ind. 135, north of Salem.
The driver, 32-year-old Misty Wood, of Seymour was traveling south on Ind. 135 when she drove the 2002 Nissan Quest off the east side of the roadway. The vehicle left the roadway and flipped an unknown number of times before coming to a stop on its wheels.
