Brown County Launches Leaf Cam

Last updated on Saturday, September 14, 2013

(NASHVILLE) - Brown County’s always popular Leaf Cam is now up and running.

Visitors can watch the cam for a daily view of the fall foliage in Brown County. Perched high above one of their magnificent overlooks, the Leaf Cam captures the ever-changing show of the leaves.

The Brown County Visitors Center answers hundreds of questions about the fall foliage each year. Their most anticipated and frequently asked question is, "When is the peak time for the leaves to change?"

Weather plays a major role in the changes each year, so as the weather is never the same, the time of the year the leaves change always varies.

Typically the second and third week of October are the peak times, but as early as late September or the early part of November; you can still find a wonderful array of color.

The Visitor's Center invites you to watch the show for yourself. The Leaf Cam can be found online at http://www.browncounty.com/leaf-cam
