(BEDFORD) - Two girls, Sherissa Minshall and Madison Gaitani, will bring the character of Annie to life in Little Theatre of Bedford’s production that opens Sept. 20 and plays for two weekends.
The play is directed by Cheri Barnes and assistant director Misty Pate.
The cast includes 40 girls who live and toil in the orphanage with the domineering, flask-sipping meanie, Miss Hannigan, played by LTB newcomer Paula Herendeen.
Tom Bostic plays millionaire Warbucks, who seeks to adopt the red-haired Annie. On Sunday Bostic will let the youth group at Orleans Christian Church shave his head so that he looks the part of the bald Warbucks.
The play will show on September . 20, 21, 27, 28 at 7:30 p.m. and Sept. 22 and 29 at 2 p.m. Tickets are $15 for adults and $12 for youth.
