(DAVIESS CO.) - Six Washington residents were arrested on methamphetamine related charges Tuesday by Daviess County, Washington and Indiana State Police.
Daviess County Sheriff's Deputies arrested 23-year-old Leroy Ellsworth Ellis of Washington on a warrant for conspiracy to commit dealing in methamphetamine and dealing in marijuana and new charges of possession of and dealing in marijuana over 30 grams; possession of paraphernalia; and maintaining a common nuisance.
Ellis is being held without bond in the Daviess County Security Center.
Meanwhile, the Daviess County Sheriff's Department arrested 47-year-old Jeffrey Scott Fox of Washington on a warrant for conspiracy to commit dealing in methamphetamine.
Fox was released from jail on $500,000 bond.
Sheriff's deputies also arrested 47-year-old Rhonda Kay Lewis of Washington on a warrant for conspiracy to commit dealing in methamphetamine.
Lewis is being held under $500,000 bond in the Daviess County Jail.
The Daviess County Sheriff's Department arrested 26-year-old Adam James Tolbert of Washington on a warrant for conspiracy to commit dealing in methamphetamine.
Bond was set at $500,000.
Washington Police arrested 43-year-old Alan Fredrick Marshall of Washington on a warrant for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of methamphetamine.
Marshall is being held without bond.
Indiana State Police arrested 34-year-old Jennifer Malee Sandoval of Washington on a warrant for conspiracy to commit dealing in meth and failure to appear in court.
Bond was set at $505,000.
