(LINTON) - A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a Linton woman who is accused of stealing a debit card from an employee at a Linton doctor’s office.
According to police, Crystal Carter used the card to purchase items totaling more than $480 at Bust Buy in Bloomington and spent $6.42 to rent movies at a Red Box.
Carter was identified from surveillance video from Best Buy making the purchase.
Carter, who lives in Bloomington, was asked to come speak to police but she told them she didn't have a ride and rescheduled. But she again didn't show up.
A warrant was then issued for her arrest.
