(BROWNSTOWN) - A Jackson County man accused of biting a woman and stabbing her boyfriend with a spoon late Saturday night faces at least four criminal charges.
Jeremy R. McIntosh, 35, of Brownstown, was arrested after police tracked him through his cellphone to a field near Hillview Trailer Court where the incident occurred, Brownstown Officer John Reichenbacker said.
Reichenbacker said he is requesting felony charges of battery with a weapon and battery and misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct and interfering with reporting a crime against McIntosh. The suspect was booked into the jail at 2:15 a.m. Sunday.
