(BLOOMINGTON) - A New Hampshire detective, posing as a 14-year-old boy on the Internet, reported he received an email containing a pornographic picture of a child from a Bloomington man.
The man was arrested after Bloomington police report they found more than 200 pornographic pictures on his computer.
33-year-old Walter "Wally" Adam Keppel, of 2500 S. Rockport Road, was arrested by Monroe County deputies on a warrant on a felony charge of possession of child pornography.
He was booked into the Monroe County Jail Friday night and released from jail Saturday after posting a $20,000 surety, $500 cash bond.
