(NASHVILLE) - A Fort Wayne woman was arrested in Brown County after shoving mother to the ground.
Brown County Sheriff's Deputy Nathan Tompkins went to the home after a 911 call at 2 p.m. Monday in the parking lot of a business on State Road 46 in Nashville.
When he arrived, Tompkins found a woman lying on the ground. The deputy requested an ambulance and then began interviewing witnesses.
According to Tompkin, 25-year-old Christina Richard got in a verbal argument with her mother, Theresa Richard.
The daughter got upset and shoved her mother to the ground.
Theresa Richard suffered extreme pain in her lower back and pelvis.
Christina Richard was arrested for battery resulting in bodily injury and taken to the Brown County Jail.
