(DAVIESS CO.) - Washington Police arrested a Virginia man Monday for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, operating while intoxicated endangering a person, and possession of a schedule IV controlled substance.
36-year-old Jody Lee Toler of Christiansburg, Virginia is being held under $6,500 bond in the Daviess County Security Center.
Washington Police arrested a Washington woman Monday on a warrant for failure to appear in court on charges of theft, possession of a controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine, possession of chemical reagents or precursors with intent to manufacture a controlled substance, receiving stolen property, possession of paraphernalia and forgery.
27-year-old Brandi Robin Lottes was also arrested on a warrant for a petition to revoke a suspended sentence for possession of methamphetamine and possession of a controlled substance.
Bond was set at $5,000.
