(BLOOMINGTON) - Organizers of the Interfaith Winter Shelter are expecting the number of people seeking services to be lower this year, primarily because of the newly opened 25-unit Crawford Apartments and the 15 scattered sites in Monroe and Morgan counties — all of which are designed to house chronically homeless people.
But they are still looking for donations and volunteers to help run the Interfaith Winter Shelter which will open Nov. 1.
Those interested in helping should contact the shelter or interfaithwintershelter.org
