(BEDFORD) - A Mitchell man was arrested after he allegedly hit a woman on the shoulder and pushed her to the floor Wednesday night.
According to Lawrence County Sheriff Sam Craig officers were called to the home on Eagleview Road around 9 p.m.
When officers arrived they arrested 36-year-old David Mosier, who lived in the home.
Police says the woman suffered minor injuries that did not require medical attention.
Mosier was charged with domestic battery and intimidation after he threatened the woman during the domestic fight.
