(ORLEANS) - The Town of Orleans has set “Trick or Treating” for one night only, Thursday, Oct. 31st between the hours of 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Area children are encouraged to only visit houses of people they know. Residents who wish to welcome little spooks and goblins are asked to have their outside porch lights on during these hours.
Orleans Christian Church will hold their annual Trunk or Treat" event at their parking lot from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. If it rains the event will be held in the Unity Hall.
The Orleans Kiwanis Club have announced plans for their annual "Spook Walk" on Saturday Oct. 26th on historic Congress Square beginning at 4:30 p.m. There will be games, giveaways for those in costume, a parade and more.
