(SPRINGVILLE) - A Springville woman suffered chest pain after a crash at the intersection of Old Farm and Steve Earl roads Monday afternoon.
According to a Lawrence County Police report, 43-year-old Michael Carpenter, of Springville, was traveling on Steve Earl Road and the could not see well at the intersection because his view was obstructed by a parked vehicle.
As he pulled onto Old Farm Road his 1999 Buick LeSabre collided with a 1998 Ford F150 driven by 37-year-old Cheryl Phillips, of Springville. Phillips was traveling north on Old Farm Road.
Carpenter was not injured, but Phillips complained of chest and rib pain.
