(BLOOMFIELD) - 59-year-old Sandra Skinner, of Bloomfield, is accused of pushing another woman, grabbing her by the hair and throwing her to the ground.
She was charged with battery resulting in bodily injury in Greene County Superior Court Friday.
On November 16 Skinner allegedly had asked her son and his girlfriend to get their belongings and get out of her apartment, so they did.
According to a probable cause affidavit, the girlfriend told police they gathered their things, borrowed a truck to move them to another person's home but Skinner came to the new place, began yelling and was throwing things out of the truck even though she was asked to stop.
Skinner allegedly grabbed the girlfriend, pulled her hair, hit her and threw her to the ground.
Skinner denied the allegations and told police the woman had fell after tripping.
Skinner told police she was there because the two had taken a couple of cable boxes that belonged to her and she wanted them back.
