(BLOOMINGTON) - A Bloomington man was arrested on a warrant for animal cruelty charges after his 9-year-old black Labrador retriever died from being locked in a hot and humid car in July.
49-year-old David Mark Willibey, of 3506 W. Vernal Pike, was arrested Sunday afternoon and is facing one count of animal cruelty.
