(UNDATED) - Gas prices are continuing a downward trend.
The slide began in September thanks to lower crude prices.
The latest Lundberg survey puts the national average at $3.22 a gallon.
Drivers in San Francisco are paying the highest prices at $3.67 a gallon while drivers in Tulsa, Oklahoma are paying about $2.82 cents at the pump.
Gas prices were about 32-cents higher this time last year.
According to GasBuddy.com, the lowest price for a gallon of regular unleaded in Bedford was $2.63 cents at the Marathon Station at L and 14th Street and ranges from $2.95 to $3.16 cents at other stations in the city.
In Washington on Sunday gas was $3.28. It was $3.06 in Linton and Loogootee and $3.14 in Orleans and in Bloomington the average is $3.19 a gallon.
