Mitchell Man Arrested After Attempting To Strangle His Sister

(MITCHELL) - A Mitchell man was arrested Monday afternoon after he got into a fight with his sister.

Mitchell Police arrested 21-year-old Carl Reynolds on charges of battery, strangulation, and disorderly conduct.

Reynolds' sister called police at 12:45 p.m. requesting officers to a home in the 700 block of South Sixth Street.

When officers arrived the woman, who is an adult, told police that her brother and her had been in an argument that turned physical.

According to police Reynolds alleged battered his sister, threw her across the room onto a couch and had strangled her.
