(WASHINGTON) - The storm hit Washington’s west side around 3:30 p.m. Sunday, leveling some homes and knocking out power in the city.
It is not known if the winds were from a tornado or from a severe storm. There are no known injuries reported at this time.
Power is out to much of the city and some of the surrounding areas.
