(BLOOMFIELD) - A bench warrant was issued Friday for the arrest of a Linton man who crashed his truck in the early hours on Oct. 27.
According to the Greene County Daily World, 28-year-old Travis Hadley is accused of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
Greene County Sheriff's Deputy Jeffrey Brown says Hadley was southbound on State Road 59 south of Linton in the area of County Road 400 South when his white 1992 Ford Ranger left the roadway and overturned. Hadley had to be freed from the wreckage.
Hadley suffered abrasions, lacerations to his face, a concussion and complained of back pain.
When Hadley appears in Greene County Superior Court he will be charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person, a class A misdemeanor; operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person, a class D felony; operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a class C misdemeanor; operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a class D felony; operating a vehicle with an alcohol concentration equivalent to .15 or more, a class A misdemeanor; and operating a vehicle with an alcohol concentration equivalent to .15 or more with a prior conviction, a class D felony.
Hadley was previously convicted of operating a vehicle while intoxicated in Greene Superior Court in 2009.
