(LINTON) - A woman allegedly caught in the act of purposefully driving her vehicle into a house was arrested early Saturday.
The Greene County Daily World reports, Cheyenne Riley was arrested on a charge of criminal mischief and operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
Greene County Sheriff's Deputy Jeffrey Brown said officers were dispatched at 1:53 a.m. Saturday to a domestic disturbance at 1588 N. County Road 1225W in the Linton area.
Along with Brown, GCSD Deputy Harvey Holt and Jasonville Police Officer Ryan VanHorn responded.
When they arrived, they reported witnessed Riley ramming her vehicle into the home.
Brown says Riley smelled of alcohol and administered a field sobriety test which she failed and she had a blood alcohol content of .23.
