(BEDFORD) - One person was injured and another was cited after an accident Monday afternoon at 15th and J streets.
The accident was reported at 5:02 p.m.
According to a Bedford Police Department, 51-year-old Kevin Yeary, of 1707 G St., told police had drove his 2007 Hummer H3 through the red traffic light.
27-year-old Stacy Sinclair, of Springville, was traveling west on 15th Street and was in the far left lane when Yeary, who was traveling south on J Street ran the stop light, hitting Sinclair's 2013 General Motors Terrain.
Yeary was cited for failure to yield the right of way.
Both Yeary and Sinclair refused medical treatment at the scene, but Sinclair told police she was going to the hospital because her wrist was hurting and swelling.
