(BEDFORD) - A Bedford man was arrested for burglary, theft and conversion.
Indiana State Police Detective Zack Robbins began investigating the burglary of a home on Twin Ponds Road in August 2012.
Robbins says the home was under construction and several items were taken.
After months of investigation, several interviews and cooperation of potential witnesses, Robbins was able to solve the crime.
They arrested 25-year-old Matthew York.
ISP Public Information Trooper Curt Durnil says property crimes are particularly difficult to solve. However, troopers were able to solve this year and a half old case with their determination and with the help of those willing to do the right thing.
