(MITCHELL) - The Hub Restaurant in Mitchell on U.S. 60 East, announced they have joined forces with the long-time owner of the former Maple Street Restaurant from Orleans.
The owners are combining the best of the Hub with the best of Maple Street to bring customers the very best dining experience in the region.
The restaurant is now open at 8 a.m. for breakfast.
The owners say there is a new menu combining the favorites of both restaurants and new food items. And on Friday there is an all you can eat fish fry.
