(BEDFORD) - Five people were injured in a two vehicle collision on Johnson Lane Saturday morning.
According to a Lawrence County Police report, 51-year-old Julie Boruff thought she was clear to pull her 2009 Hyundai from a driveway on Johnson Lane but ended up pulling into the path of a 2003 Pontiac Grand Am driven by Sean Duke who was traveling east on Johnson Lane.
Duke, of Bedford, crashed into Johnson's vehicle and hit three mailboxes and a utility pole.
Boruff complained of chest pain.
Her passengers, all of Bedford, included 51-year-old Lexi Boruff, complained of back pain, 18-year-old Katherine Seprodi, complained of back pain and 18-year-old Cherliyn Reynolds, complained of neck pain.
Duke suffered minor bleeding to his elbow and lower arm during the incident.
