(JASONVILLE) - A Jasonville man was arrested Wednesday after Indiana State Police, the Federal Bureau of Investigation and Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force served a child pornography related search warrant at the home of 76-year-old William Mondary.
The warrant was requested after a lengthy investigation by ISP Sgt. Chris Cecil and the Kentucky ICACTF who initiated the undercover investigation. Officers went to Mondary's home at 408 South Park Avenue, at 10 a.m.
Computer forensic examiners found hundreds of media files which depicted children as young as toddlers engaging in sexual acts or sexually suggestive posing.
As a result of the investigation, Mondary, was arrested on five counts of felony possession of child pornography and five counts of child exploitation. He is being held in the Greene County jail and more charges may be pending.
