(BROWNSTOWN) - The third and final Lawrence County man arrested for breaking into a home in the far western part of Jackson County in September of 2012 has been sentenced for his role in the crime.
26-year-old Daniel Bailey of Bedford received a nine-year prison term in December from Jackson Circuit Court Senior Judge William E. Vance.
Bailey agreed to plead guilty to a Class B Felony charge of burglary.
24-year-old Reed Crane and 25-year-old Justin Kenney, both of Bedford, were also charged with the crime.
Kenney was sentenced to six years with three years suspended and Crane received a 4-year prison sentence with two years suspended. Both accepted plea deals.
According to court records the three burglarized a residence in the 11400 block of West County Road 100 North.
