(BEDFORD) - Three people were arrested on drug charges after a joint narcotic investigation by Oolitic and Bedord police officers.
More arrest are expected.
Armed with a search warrant officers went to 421 M Street at 2 p.m.
There they found meth and marijuana.
The Department of Child Services removed a small child from the home.
Deputy Marshall Bill Allen arrested:
* 45-year-old Deanna Jones, 414 N St., on three counts of dealing meth with a firearm and within 1,000 feet of a day care.a Class A felony; possession of meth over 3 grams within a 1,000 feet of a daycare, a Class B felony; dealing marijuana; a Class D felony; possession of a schedule II controlled substance, a Class D felony; maintaining a common nuisance, a class D felony; maintaining a common nuisance, a Class D felony, neglect of a dependent, a Class D felony, possession of marijuana U/30 grams, Class A misdemeanor, reckless possession of drug paraphernalia, a Class A misdemeanor.
* 30-year-old James Ingram, 3505 River Bluff Road, dealing meth within 1,000 feet of a daycare, a Class A felony; possession of meth within a 1000 feet of a daycare, a Class B felony; dealing marijuana a C;ass D felony; possession of marijuana over 30 grams, a Class D felony; maintaining a common nuisance, a Class D felony,visiting a common nuisance, a Class B misdemeanor.
* 36-year-old Kevin Way, 5692 State Road 158, dealing meth within 1,000 feet of daycare, a Class A felony; possession of meth within a 1,000 feet of a daycare, a Class B felony; possession of meth within a 1,000 ft of a daycare a Class B felony; maintaining a Common Nuisance a class D felony; visiting a common nuisance, a Class B misdemeanor.
