(BEDFORD) - Bedford Fire Department firefighters were called to the scene of a small fire at Bedford Recycling Wednesday.
According to Chief Jon Wagner, when firefighters arrived at the corner of H and 8th streets at 2:43 p.m. they found a power line had been pulled down and ignited the grass on fire.
Firefighter extinguished the small blaze and contacted Duke Energy in order for them to repair the line.
