(BLOOMINGTON) - Bloomington Police are looking for a man after a resident in the 2600 block of East Seventh Street reported she saw a white man with a moustache perring into her windows.
The woman reported the man was using a cell phone and was either taking pictures or recording her.
Anyone with information about the man is asked to call Bloomington Police.
