(BEDFORD) - Shea Hooten has been named the new chief executive officer and president of Bedford Federal Savings Bank.
39-year-old Hooten replaced former president and CEO Jack Kenworthy.
Kenworthy will continue as chairman of the board and will maintain an office in the bank. So he won't be far if Hooten needs advice.
Hooten is a 1993 graduate of Bedford North Lawrence High School and is the son of Larry and Treva Hooten. He earned a degree in accounting at the University of Southern Indiana. He also has intensive training from the Indiana Bankers Career Development School and the National School of Banking in Fairfield, Conn.
