(LINTON) - A Linton man was arrested last week after police were called to a domestic fight on North West C Street.
When police arrived they found household items and furniture thrown onto the front yard and porch.
They arrested 46-year-old Jeffery Wood on chargers of intimidation with a deadly weapon and battery resulting in injury in the presence of a minor.
A woman at the home, told police Wood was her boyfriend and the two had been arguing all day.
She alleges Wood grabbed a knife and pointed it at her face and threatened to kill her. He then stabbed the knife into the wall. Police found where the knife had been thrust into the wall, but had since fallen out.
She also accused Wood of pulling her hair and physically throwing her and her belongings out of the house. There was also a child present during the argument.
