(PAOLI) - Registrations are being accepted for the seventh annual Spring Tonic planned by the Hoosier Hillsides Master Gardeners.
The cost for the seminar is $40 per person. Registrations should be mailed to: Nancy Kimmel, 723 N. County Road 500 E., Paoli, IN 47454.
The event is March 1 at the Orange County Community Center in Paoli. Doors will open at 8 a.m.
The following speakers and topics are planned:
9 a.m. Carolee Snyder, "Landscaping with Herbs."
10 a.m. Eric Osborne, "Getting to Know and Grow Gourmet Mushrooms."
11 a.m. Bob Deaitz, a visual tour of an Indiana landscape.
1 p.m. Hans Schmitz, "2014 Weather and Climate in the Garden: Showers, Flowers, Lambs and Lions."
2 p.m. Bill Abel, "Covering a lot of Ground."
