(BROWNSTOWN) - A rural Seymour man who pleaded guilty to two Class D felony charges of possession of child pornography recently received a three-year prison sentence in Jackson Circuit Court.
45-year-old Robert S. Bryant was ordered to serve six months on each of the two counts. Judge Richard W. Poynter ordered the sentences to be served consecutively.
Poynter suspended the remaining year on each count, ordering them to be served on supervised probation.
