(BROWN CO.) - Indiana Conservation Officer arrested three people for burglary and resisting arrest.
22-year-old Robert Jones-Isabell and 20-year-old Heather Caplinger, both of Freeton and 21-year-old Jordan-Michael Popplewell, of Morgantown, are all facing charged of attempted burglary, criminal mischief, criminal trespass, and fleeing law enforcement.
According to Angela Goldman, of DNR Law Enforcement, while patrolling southern Brown County, Conservation Officer Zach Carson saw the three at the back of a shed at a home he was familiar with. All three were using a pry bar to remove wood planks to break into the shed. When Office Carson pulled into the driveway, the three fled, running into the woods behind the property. Officer Carson gave chase on foot, are apprehended one of them.
With the assistance of Indiana State Police and Brown County Sheriff's Department, Officer Carson was able to identify and apprehend the other two subjects.
All three were arrested and taken to the Brown County Jail.
