(BEDFORD) - Bedford Fire Department firefighters were called to the General Motors plant at 10:28 p.m. Tuesday after a fire started in an aluminum magnesium hopper under an extruding machine.
According to Fire Chief Jon Waggoner firefighters pushed the hopper away from everything and employees then covered the hopper with sand extinguishing the blaze.
