(BEDFORD)- Four people were injured in an accident Saturday morning on Peerless Road and three are facing alcohol-related charges.
According to a Lawrence County Police report, the accident happened just east of McFadden Ridge Road.
The driver 23-year-old Tyler Speer, of Springville was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior offense.
Two of his passengers, a 16-year-old girl and 17-year-old boy, were both cited into court for illegal consumption. They were released to their parents.

A fourth person in the vehicle, 21-year-old Evan G. Smith, also complained of minor bleeding to his elbow and lower arm.
According to police, Speer was traveling northeast on Peerless Road and had just passed the intersection at McFadden Ridge Road and was traveling down the hill when the 1997 Pontiac Grand Prix he was driving crossed the center line, ran off the north side of Peerless Road and struck a rock formation near an embankment.
Police say the car then rolled on its top and slid down the hill where it appears the car struck another rock formation on the south side of the road and stopped.
Speer and his three passengers were all out of the vehicle when the officer arrived at the scene.
A Seals ambulance crew and members of the Marshall Volunteer Fire Department responded to the scene and treated the injured.
Speer and Reed refused to go to the hospital. The teens were taken to St. Vincent Dunn Hospital for treatment.
