(BEDFORD) - Lawrence County Commissioners have lowered the travel advisory from a watch to an advisory.
The yellow travel advisory is the lowest level of travel advisories, meaning that routine travel or activities may be restricted in some areas and motorist should use caution or avoid areas of hazard.
