(BEDFORD) - Otis Park Golf Manager Aaron Harrell says the Otis Park Club House is open and the course is ready for play.
Harrell, now in his second season at Otis, says this is the second straight season that frigid temperatures have kept golfers off the course.
Harrell is offering a spring break clinic March 24-26 from 10 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. for students in 6th-12th grades. Golf rules and etiquette will be taught during this clinic. Harrell will instruct youngsters on taking a full swing and talk about the fundamentals of the short game.
A ladies clinic will be available on April 7, 14, 21 and 28 and May 5. Harrell will offer two sessions. The first runs from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. and the second from 6:45 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. The clinic is for women 18 and older and the fee is $50.
