(BLOOMINGTON) - Two Bloomington teenagers have been waived in to adult court in connection with the armed robbery at an apartment last month.
Sixteen-year-old Andrew Scott King Wells, of 1501 E. Cherry Lane, and 17-year-old Kody Ray Vest, of 3975 S. Eastmont Ave., were both booked into the Monroe County Jail Wednesday morning.
Wells, Vest and 19-year-old Shawn Michael Seymour all face charges of armed robbery after threatening the residents with a pellet gun and brass knuckles.
The three teenagers demanded marijuana from the residents. Bloomington Sgt. Joe Crider says Vest struck a 19-year-old resident in the head with the brass knuckles. The victim was then hit with a pellet gun. He suffered small cuts and bruises.
