(SEYMOUR) - Valeo Sylvania has a new name — and now just one owner.
France-based Valeo has purchased Osram's 50 percent stake in their partnership that has operated as Valeo Sylvania. Osram is a subsidiary of German-based Siemens.
The division is now fully owned and operated by Valeo and is simply called Valeo. The company continues to operate factories in Seymour and Queretaro, Mexico.
