(WASHINGTON) - A Washington man and woman were arrested after they got into a fight about her spending time with her husband.
According to Washington Police officers were called to the 500 block of North Meridian Street at 11:30 p.m. Saturday after a neighbor reported people fighting in the upstairs apartment.
When officers arrived, they saw signs of a struggle and blood in the apartment.
They arrested 30-year-old Macy Hammock and 38-year- old David Limp on charges of domestic battery.
Hammock told police Limp, her boyfriend, was upset and jealous because she had spent time with her husband at his home.
Limp told police the couple had been arguing and that Hammock had started the physical altercation.
Both were taken to the Daviess County Security Center and were released after posting bond.
