(BEDFORD) - Changes in two residential areas were approved by the Bedford Plan Commission.
The Times-Mail reports that the commission granted Kenneth Brock's request to divide an area on W Street between 30th and 33rd streets into two residential lots.
Steve Kimbley plans to buy one of the two lots. The request now has to be finalized by the Bedford Board of Works..
The commission also approved a request from Kenneth Bundy to build a 12-by-12 foot addition to his home. Plan Director Dan Kirk says the addition will come within three feet of the property line and that is why he asked the commission to approve the request.
