(BLOOMINGTON) - Bloomington police are looking for a man who threatened an 18-year-old with a knife and attempted to steal his cell phone.
According to Bloomington Police Sgt. Lucas Tate, the victim told police the man approached him in the parking lot at Western Skateland on West 17th Street Saturday night and wanted to know if he wanted to buy drugs
The The victim told the man to go away and that is when the man allegedly pulled a knife and wanted the victim's cell phone.
When the victim refused there was a scuffle and the victim suffered some scrapes to his hand and forearm.
The 18-year-old pushed the attacker away and the man fled the scene.
Police have a good description on what the man looks like and are still looking for him. Anyone with information about the man is asked to call Bloomington Police.
