(MITCHELL) - 37-year-old Dustin Roberts has been arrested again for possession of meth.
According to Lawrence County Sheriff Sam Craig, Robert's vehicle was stopped on Spice Valley Road for a window tint violation.
During that traffic stop, a K-9 alerted officers to possible drugs in the vehicle.
Officers found a plastic bag with a white powdery substance that tested positive for meth.
Roberts was arrested on charges of possession of meth and maintaining a common nuisance. He was also cited for the window tint violation.
Roberts' first arrest was after a traffic stop on Jan. 10. He was arrested on the same charges.
Roberts has no bond because he was out on bond when he was arrested Wednesday morning.
